Orders are often shipped the same day or the following day the order was received. This is not a "guarantee of delivery or shipment". It is our standard process unless unforeseen difficulties cause a delay. We have no control over the shipping company's delivery process or time table. If your order contains more than 1 package, the shipping company may separate your order. You may receive one package on one day and the remainder of the order the following business day. To avoid disappointments, never schedule your installation until you have received all of your order and have read the installation instructions thoroughly.
Product Return Policy
Product returns are limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned products are subject to a 20% inspection-repackage fee. Returned products must be in unopened, undamaged, original sealed containers. The exception to this policy is our Mini Sample Pack which is 100% refundable within 30 days of receipt excluding shipping costs.

(it's always a good idea to order a little extra or round off to the next largest container size if you have numerous large cracks or joints to repair, as the consumption charts cannot take into account and predict irregular crack sizes)

- All orders come with complete illustrated step-by-step specialized instructions for your project which are easy to understand and assure a perfect installation every time. If you have any questions regarding the preparation, application or the instructions, please call or email.
- Some orders may be shipped the same day; some may be delayed up to 5 days or more depending on circumstances beyond our control. If your job is a "Rush or time critical" you must specify this when ordering for best dependable customer service.
- We do not accept foreign based credit cards as a method of payment (with the exception of Canada). There is no way for the USA to verify that this is a legitimate purchase. It is unfortunate that Visa/Master Card International does not have a better system to guarantee payment will be made to international sellers. International orders can be paid for by wire transfer.

2-PART EPOXY PRIMER
2-Part Epoxy Primer |
This 2-Part epoxy primer is used for priming glass, acrylic, granite, marble and porcelain. The 2-part epoxy primer is non-hazardous, non-toxic, solvent-free and has low VOC. Mixed 1:1 (1part Side-A to 1part Side-B). Applied at 200-300 sq’ per gallon.
