Our Permaflex bonds directly to most standard building materials to create a completely waterproof surface. Permaflex is often used on concrete walkways, patios, fountains and pools to keep surfaces strong even with repeat water pressure, heat and cold. Permaflex is a great choice for keeping moisture out of basements. You won't experience the musty smells, mold and mildew that are so often found in basements and cellars. Permaflex works on any structure made out of concrete, but that's not all. It is also useful on wood, steel and aluminum. It even adheres to some plastics.
This waterproofing material is simple to apply. It can be brushed onto small surfaces with ease, but can also be sprayed on for larger jobs. This non-flammable liquid polyurethane forms a rubber coating on your surface that protects against water, extreme heat, extreme cold and even spills. Use Permaflex on everything from boats to garage floors.
LRB (Liquid Rubber Base)
LRB is a pourable rubber that can be used at any thickness you need. Applying LRB to any surface creates a waterproof membrane that will never blister or peel. It can be used as a protective coating on floors, parking decks, pools and more. It is also useful for filling and repairing cracks.
Simply prepare your surface with Permaflex, and then apply activated LRB at whatever thickness you need. It truly is that easy.
TAV (Thickening Activator)
Sometimes, liquid rubber needs to be applied vertically or in rough areas that aren't served well by a pourable substance. TAV solves this problem by turning LRB into a thicker material that won't drip or run. Adding TAV to LRB at a 1:2 ratio turns LRB into a putty like substance. It is perfect for repairs. It is also regularly used in roofing.
