SANI-TRED PermaFlex™, is a liquid polyurethane coating that penetrates deeply into and will bond permanently to properly prepared concrete, wood, aluminum, steel, and some plastics, as well as most all other standard building materials. PermaFlex will never bubble, chip, peel, crack, or delaminate from vehicle traffic, exposure to extremes of ambient heat up to 250°F cold, or Negative Hydrostatic Pressure. Our PermaFlex liquid rubber coating is environmentally safe, solvent free, non-flammable, and low VOC. PermaFlex is extremely durable with 2,030 psi tensile strength. This rubber liquid sealant can be brushed, rolled or even sprayed on.
SANI-TRED PERMAFLEX FEATURES
Flexible Penetration®
PermaFlex liquid rubber coating penetrates deeply into the pores of the building materials, then cures as tough as a truck tire therefore it is impossible for Sani-Tred products to ever bubble, peel or delaminate. The flexible penetration allows this liquid rubber sealant to hold back extreme negative hydrostatic pressure without failure!
Permanent Elongation®
SANI-TRED products are capable of an amazing 590% elongation, and never harden or become brittle. They maintain flexibility and become stronger with age without breaking down as other coatings do. SANI-TRED PermaFlex rubber concrete sealer deeply penetrates and strengthens weak concrete or mortar joints which prevent detachment from these types of weak substrates as other coatings are known to do.
Elongation Memory®
Technology ensures that when SANI-TRED waterproofing products are compressed and relaxed, they maintain their original shape and size preventing distortion of their original shape and size which is a major cause of release of coatings from powerful forces such as freeze/thaw cycles, water or gas pressure, vibration and sudden shock.

The photos below shows a high quality concrete patio block which was coated on one side with PermaFlex liquid rubber coating that has been tinted red to allow better visual detection of the Flexible Penetration® process. The block was then broken in half to show its internal cross section. Notice the penetration of the red PermaFlex throughout the entire block!
