Truck Bed Rubber Liner

Recently Duwayne Molden a concrete contractor from Minnesota wanted to give some extra life to one of his work trucks. He created a rubberized truck bed liner using SANI-TRED waterproofing products. He first stripped old paint and rust from the bed by sanding. He then used a solvent to wipe down the truck bed. He applied two coats of PermaFlex and then broadcast rubber texture granules into the second coat of Permaflex. He then applied a 40 mil flood coat of Liquid Rubber Base and top-coated the truck bed liner with Permaflex paint. This is a rubberized polyurethane truck bed liner coating that will most likely outlast the truck it was applied to.
