Concrete Deck Resurfacing With Permaflex

Epoxy Surface Pros of Southern California was called by a customer that wanted to resurface their aging concrete deck. The contractor prepped the surface with a concrete grinder and applied Permaflex rubber floor paint to the concrete. Then he broadcast decorative quartz into the Permaflex for a super durable, non-slip surface. The results of using deck repair paint are almost as beautiful as the view.

we have a handicap ramp from a church the skim coat keeps coming off I suggested using your product their concern was winter and putting calcium chloride on it for ice melting. Will it hurt it after its cured? Do you have to add anything to make it a non slip surface? Thanks any help or info would be great.
