Recently Duwayne Molden of Molden Concrete in Minnesota was approached by a client to resurface an extremely cracked slab in their Grain Bin Home Remodel. Duwayne suggested using the SANI-TRED grain bin floor sealer system with its 590% elongation. It was a perfect concrete crack grain bin repair solution for even the most cracked concrete, and was far less costly then tearing out and replacing concrete. Duwayne addressed the cracks with SANI-TRED’s Quick Patch Product then applied two coats of SANI-TRED PERMAFLEX. He then broadcast colored flakes into the the PERMAFLEX and top-coated with SANI-TRED’s Industrial Perfect Poly 90 Sealer. The customer loved the new look of their floor, and Duwayne was satisfied that his customer’s slab would provide many years of service without failure.
